healthcare industry. INViCARE is led by experts in the fields of Dentistry and Engineering who work with esteemed clinicians and mentors in the fields of business development and marketing.

Ashwaq Al-Hashedi

Dr. Ashwaq Al-Hashedi is a graduated dental surgeon, PhD in Dental Implant Therapy and the Co-Founder and CEO of INViCARE. Dr. Al-Hashedi is very knowledgable in the implant field and has completed extensive research on the topic.

Faleh Tamimi

Dr. Faleh Tamimi is a full time clinical professor in the Faculty of dentistry at McGill University. A Ph.D holder in Biomaterials, Dr. Tamimi is an expert in mineralized tissues and bioceramics and is the Co-Founder and Chief Scientist of INViCARE

Malvika Nagrath

Malvika Nagrath is a dental specialist with a MS in Biomaterials and PhD in Biomedical Engineering. With profound knowledge of biomaterials and their designing, she serves as INViCARE’s Chief Technical Officer, providing integral insight to the development of our products.

Dr. Mamdouh Farid is a dental specialist in Periodontology in Qatar and serves as a Clinical Collaborator of INViCARE. Dr. Farid is the CEO of Queen Hospital in Doha, Qatar.

Abdul Shohatti

Abdul Shohatti is INViCARE’s head of talent acquisition. Abdul holds a degree in Business Management and has substantial experience in Business Operations, HR, and Talent Acquisition.

Ayad Najjar

Ayad Najjar is our head of Finance and Accounting. Skilled in financial analysis and budgeting, Ayad has professional experience working with Big 4 and holds a B.S degree in Accounting.

Sara Gibreel

Dr. Sara Gibreel is a Periodontist and Implant Specialist, as well as our head of Clinical Affairs. Dr. GIbreel is skilled in multiple diceplines, having obtained additional certifications in both Business and Marketing.

Robert Durand

Dr. Robert Durand is an Associate Professor of Periodontics in the Department of Oral Health at the University of Montreal, his alma matter. Dr. Durand holds a MS in Science, a specialists certificate in Periodontics, and holds the title of “Fellow” of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Canada.

Zahi Badran

Dr. Badran completed a D.D.S at the Saint Jospeh University of Beirut. He then pursed a master’s degree in Osteo-articular biology at the Université Denis Diderot in France, followed by a Ph.D in Periodontology at the Université de Nantes, as well as adjunct professor at McGill University.

Mariano Sanz

Dr. Sanz is a professor and the Chair of Periodontology at the Department of Stomatology III in University Complutense, Madrid, Spain. He obtained both an M.D. and a D.D.S. at the University Complutense. He then pursued a specialty in periodontology at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jocelyne Feine

Dr. Jocelyne Feine obtained her D.D.S from McGill Faculty of Dentistry. Both a clinician and a scientist, Dr. Feine is recognized internationally for her work and interest in clinical oral health, especially implants supported dentures.

Sara Behmanesh

Dr. Sara Behmanesh is a board certified Periodontologist, Master of Science and implant specialist at Centre de Chirurgie Zeeba. Dr. Behamanesh has advanced training in bone grafting, implant dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation.

Rubin Gruber is a serial entrepreneur, having built 13 companies in his time, and an INViCARE investor. Rubin serves on multiple boards, including companies such as Metrika, GreenVolts and Kaybus.

Edna Chosack

Edna Chosack is the Healthcare Stream Lead at District 3, an INViCARE sponsor and innovation hub based in Montreal. Additionally, Edna serves as Leadership mentor through MentorConnect Montreal.

Stuart Kozlick

Stuart Kozlick is a MASc Medical Technology Executive and Healthcare Streams Strategist based out of Montreal. Stuart also serves as the Managing Director of Miraki Innovation.

William Lapointe

William Lapointe is the Director of Summun Dental Laboratory in Longueuil, Quebec, formally serving as their R&D Director. William is highly skilled in Supply Chain Management, Operations and Logistics.

George Papagiannis

George Papagiannis is a medical professional with over 25 years of medical device industry experience, working with solutions such as Andromed and Spinex Medical. George also works as a Regulatory Affairs Consultant with Elekta.

Romain Lortille-Bruel is a Business Devlopement Director for CTS Healthcare, President of Association France-Canada and an extremely skilled individual in Business, Strategy, Planning and Public Relations.

Juha Perälampi

Juha Peralampi is the Manager of the Business Incubator at Qatar University, a serial investor, and TEDx Speaker, with experience coaching and consulting for 2000+ companies and corporations over the last decade.

Samir Mounir

Samir Mounir is a PhD in Molecular Biology and Immunology, an MBA in Finance and a Venture Capital specialist with significant experience in the life science industry. Mounir additionally serves as Director of Commercial Development for Desjardins.
